I love this mirror! How do I buy it?
Simply click 'Add To Cart' on the product page.
On some items, there is a drop-down menu which enables you to select different colours or types of solder finish, etc. If this is the case, select your preference first and then press 'Add To Cart'. You can continue browsing and add additional products to the cart if you choose. When you're ready, press the 'Checkout' button at the top of the page, make sure your desired product is there, and press 'Checkout'.
At the moment, we accept all of our payments via PayPal, as it's safe and secure and we never have direct access to your card details.
Shipping costs are added during the checkout process based on the weight of the product and the shipping destination. Delivery costs to mainland UK addresses are dependent on the weight and value of the item. Delivery includes appropriate sturdy packing and insurance. Please be sure to read our Terms & Conditions for further information. If we underestimate a delivery cost, we'll pay the difference - if we overestimate the delivery cost and you end up paying more than is necessary, we'll let you know and refund you the difference. We're helpful like that.
Can I order a custom-made product? Or order a current product in a different size/colour?
How do you make the pieces?
We choose the best quality mirror and glass we can and these are expertly cut into shape and joined together using the traditional lead or copper foiling techniques. In most cases, the mirror pieces we use are recycled/reclaimed. They may therefore sometimes may have slight blemishes / imperfections - but this can only add to the character.
I live outside of the UK. Can I order from you?
Of course you can! We can ship to most places around the world. Please note that we are not responsible for paying customs/import tax etc, so please make sure you're aware of these possible costs which may get added on in your country. This Duty Calculator website can be useful in helping to work out approximate costs. If you're unsure of anything, please do get in touch with us.
We securely pack all of our products as best as we can to ensure they arrive to you in the same condition that they left us. We haven't had any issues with broken glass yet (touch wood!), but if a product arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as you receive it and we'll assess the options. Please make sure you read our Returns Policy carefully.
I have a discount code - how do I apply it to my order?
Add your item/s to the shopping basket and go through the checkout process. You will be taken to the PayPal page where you can either log in using your PayPal account, or you can choose to pay by card. After this step is complete (check your billing and delivery addresses are correct), you will be directed back to the shop where shipping options can be applied as well as providing you with a box to enter a discount code. You can then confirm the payment when this has been applied.
