Can I order a custom-made product? Or order a current product in a different size/colour?

Of course! Just send us an email and we can get the ball rolling with what you’d like made. Please give us an idea of colours, size, reference images etc as well as dates if it’s for a special occasion.

How do I pay for my custom item?

In most cases we will send you an invoice with the transfer details or PayPal link. Shipping costs are added based on the weight of the product and the shipping destination (this will be discussed with you). Delivery costs to mainland UK addresses are dependent on the weight and value of the item (please note that large mirrors can be fairly heavy!) Delivery includes appropriate sturdy packing and insurance. If we underestimate a delivery cost, we'll pay the difference - if we overestimate the delivery cost and you end up paying more than is necessary, we'll let you know and refund you the difference. We're helpful like that.

How do you make the pieces?

We choose the best quality mirror and glass we can and these are expertly cut into shape and joined together using the traditional lead or copper foiling techniques. In most cases, the mirror pieces we use are recycled/reclaimed. They may therefore sometimes may have slight blemishes / imperfections - but this can only add to the character. 

I live outside of the UK. Can I order from you?

Of course you can! We can ship to most places around the world. Please note that we are not responsible for paying customs/import tax etc, so please make sure you're aware of these possible costs which may get added on in your country. This Duty Calculator website can be useful in helping to work out approximate costs. If you're unsure of anything, please do get in touch with us. 

We securely pack all of our products as best as we can to ensure they arrive to you in the same condition that they left us. We haven't had any issues with broken glass yet (touch wood!), but if a product arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as you receive it and we'll assess the options.
