(Vaughan Dibble trading as) DIBBS&DIBBS is a UK-based artisan business specialising in handcrafted wooden and stained glass gifts, home décor and bespoke commissions.

2. Products
Every item is handcrafted, and no two pieces are exactly alike.
As many of our products are made using natural materials such as wood and stained glass, slight variations in grain, colour, texture and finish should be expected and are part of the unique character of each piece.
Product photographs are intended to represent our work as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, although any confirmed order will not be affected.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
an item becomes unavailable
there has been a pricing error
payment cannot be authorised
we reasonably believe fraudulent activity may have occurred
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers (Squarespace).
We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you when your order has been delivered.
DIBBS&DIBBS is not responsible for any additional customs, duties, taxes etc that may be applied particularly with shipping outside of the UK.
7. Bespoke & Personalised Orders
We love creating one-of-a-kind commissions.
Once work has begun on a bespoke or personalised item, changes may not always be possible.
Where appropriate, we will provide sketches, photographs or progress updates before completion to ensure you're happy with the design.
As bespoke and personalised items are made specifically for you, they are generally non-returnable unless faulty or not as agreed.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, designs, text, logos and artwork, remains the property of DIBBS&DIBBS unless otherwise stated.
Our designs may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the item concerned.
11. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
